Energy Healing
Energy healing is a practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks, clear the energy centres and bring you back to harmony.
In this session, Amy intuitively tunes into your energetic field and incorporates different forms of energetic healing and clearing in your session to bring you back into balance and alignment. Amy is a qualified Reiki Master and uses Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Energy Clearing and Shamanic practices in the session. Energy healing is channeled into the energy centres, removing blockages, promoting relaxation and wellbeing and restoring and strengthening the flow of energy.
Amy offers Energy Healing via Distance only.
Although there is no requirement for you to be on a call at a certain time, an appointment time is still required to secure your booking and will be when the energy work is completed.
After the session, you will receive an email outlining what came through in the session.

End of Life Reiki
If you have a family member that is currently in the end stages of their life, end of life reiki can assist them in making the transition. End of life Reiki is a gentle, compassionate form of energy healing offered to people who are approaching the end of their life. It’s not about curing or fixing—it’s about comfort, peace, and presence during a sacred and often emotional time and can be a deeply supportive presence for both the person who is dying and their loved ones. It opens a sense of connection, and can ease fear around death by bringing a feeling of being supported, safe, and not alone.

Space Clearings
Sometimes the energy of a place can become dense or stagnant. In the same way that you physically clean and organise your place, you can also energetically clean.
An energetic space clearing is a ritual or practice that cleanses spaces of stagnant, heavy, or negative energy. In these sessions, Amy will tune in to the energy that is present and then use a number of different techniques to clear and cleanse the space depending on what is required. These can include, smoke cleansing with different herbs, using sound such as bells, singing, clapping or drumming, or using a pendulum.
